WIN TORONTO NATIONALS SEASONS TICKETS
Every player that registers with the KLMLA is automatically entered into a draw to win SEASON TICKETS for the Toronto Nationals, the Champions of the 2009 Major League Lacrosse. Major League Lacrosse is the premiere professional outdoor lacrosse league. The MLL is comprised of six teams located in Boston, Chicago, Denver, Long Island, Toronto and Washington.
This is exclusive to each and every player that registers for the 2010 KLMLA season.

FURY COACH WINS COACH OF THE YEAR
Steve Millard - Zone 6 Coach of the Year for 2009
Steve brought his wealth of lacrosse experience from Clarington this year when he moved to the area. He drove diligently from Clarington for games and practices for both the bantam field and midget box teams this year until late June when he moved to the area. Steve showed patience, drive and mastery in his roles this season and that translated to a successful year for the midget box team and our field program finally getting off the ground. Most importantly, Steve showed each and every one of his players the respect that they deserved - he taught them a valuable lesson in everything this game has to offer him. He earned the respect and admiration of players and parents alike.
CONGRATULATIONS STEVE!

From the ceremonial opening draw with honouraries, Haliburton-Kawartha Lakes-Brock MPP Rick Johnson and City of Kawartha Lakes Mayor Rick McGee - to the Lakers Jr C team extending their league leading undefeated record to 6-0, the game held in Lindsay was a resounding success.
Adam Clancy and Sean McGee each had two goals and an assist as the Junior C Lakers earned an 8-3 victory over
West Durham at the Lindsay Recreation Complex.
Also scoring for Peterborough were Eric Bissel, Tyler Leeming, Jeff Swift and Carter McCracken. Earning assists were Sean Griffifin (2), Swift (2), Mike Drumm, Bissel, Leeming, Gavin Barrie, Joe Bedlington and Joel Hockday.
Scoring for West Durham were George Jimas with a pair and Mitch Robertson.
