KLMLA CANCELLATION POLICY:

PRE-SEASON

Registration Fee
Less – 15%
Less $15 Administration Fee
Less cost of Lacrosse stick (where applicable)

 

AFTER SEASON STARTS (Includes practices and not when the player actually first shows up)

Registration Fee
Less – 15%
Less – 10% per week of house league past (No refunds after 2nd week of House league)
Less $15 Administration Fee
Less cost of Lacrosse stick (where applicable)

There is a $35 NSF charge for any returned cheques
There is also a $25 player release fee

(*Players that are signed by a Jr. Series team will be given a prorated refund based on season from the date of signing with the Jr. Series team.
The prorating will be less the administration fee, the fundraising fee and the amount of season played.)
